Why is there only 2 bolts sent to connect the bracket to the new auger motor when there are 4 holes in it? I understand the 2 Allen head bolts come in from the bottom but I'm still 4 bolts short to mount it to the new motor I also bought. You'd think they would also be provided.

I believe that we missed the four bolts to attach to the motor in your order the 2 bolts that come with it are to attach the bracket to the auger shelf. If you give us a call we can definitely get the additional bolts out for you. We are sorry for the mistake.

Should the auger be greased where it goes through the bushing?

There should be no need to grease the auger where it goes through the bushing.

You should show getting the tiny bolt with the nylon nut that holds the motor on off 😮 why put it up and down😢

Just order this trifecta for my PitBoss. Ordered the 3rpm Auger Motor... I'm guessing the 3rpm just offers faster feed rate at higher temps, but will still work with the PID?

That is 100% correct, it will give you higher RPM on the high setting, but will still maintain the temperature in the algorithm
