Orange Chicken 2.0 | Copycat Recipes Ingredients
2 lbs. Chicken Breast (cut into bite sizes) or
Chicken Thighs (best results)
1 Egg White
1/2 cup of Flour
1/3 cup Corn Starch
Salt and Pepper to taste (approx. 1 Tbsp each)
Orange Sauce:
1/2 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp of minced Garlic
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Sesame Seeds (optional)
1/3 cup Orange Juice
1 Tbsp ginger
1 Tbsp Orange Zest
6 - 8 Tbsp of Honey
2 Tbsp of Starch and water mixed together to make the slurry

Looks delicious 😋 No need to go out for takeout anymore 😁 Quick tip: If you have something sticky like honey, spraying the container with non stick cooking spray, and it will slip right out the container!! Makes things a lot easier😭

Wow ... you never cease to impress! I love the way you prepare your tools and ingredients before you begin cooking. (And you don't try scraping a sauce from a bowl with a fork, instead of with a silicone scraper!) There are always good healthy ways to make any recipe. For example, you can use canned spray olive oil and throw these in the air fryer. Takes out a lot of fat and calories but still taste really good.

Made this recipe for a large family gathering. Everyone was super happy with the taste, and it looks great too. Only change I would make is 10% less soy / 10% more orange juice in the beginning. I also added a little sugar + brown sugar, and salted the flour/corn starch mix. Thanks AB perfect instructions

Love this. I add brown sugar with my honey. I think it adds a little more complexity to the sauce and I also garnish with green onions and cilantro. I know that’s more Mexican but it’s very nice with orange chicken. One more thing. I use fresh zested ginger. Game changer. Thx for the video.
