I haven't rode Smoothies I guess in at least 3 years. What happened to the old ending line under the trees and the impossible Rut with the hard left turn?

Just recently rode this trail for the first time and its quickly becoming one of my favorites. Have you ridden "Birthdays"? The trail splits off to the right of the sign right before you start Smoothies. That one is also a good one! Just hit Aliso/Laguna over the weekend and the trails are running so nice!

Hey Mark! Smoothies is awesome, has a bit of everything for everyone! I've ridden birthdays once before, definitely need to hit it again! Laguna was really nice this weekend. PPD and Wimea were in incredible shape. 🤙 Maybe we'll run into one another on the trails soon!

@@sickygnargnarmtb Rode Waimea for the first time last weekend. Such a fun trail! Definitely want to ride it again since I have some familiarity with it. Haven't ridden PPD yet. Any similar trails you could compare it to? Yeah seems like you ride early morning which is when I ride so I'll definitely keep a lookout for you! Thanks for the sick vids!

Yea there are a couple exits.. I usually take the one that spits out around Mathis.

@@Conner21230 yea I usually do 3-4 runs each time.. climb cholla or Hollyleaf to get miles in. I can only do Mathis or Canyon acres climb once before I'm shot lol

very technical course!!!!! i like it! not something you cant just bomb through. gotta be careful of all the tight turns. the first berm, i thought you were gonna over shoot

Yea the trail has a lot of cool features 👍. It was in pretty poor condition at the time. But we just got some rain, it should be a lot faster now!
