The reason why AB is the best teacher out there is simple! Other cooks over-talk with things like "the origins" of the dish...or themselves and their family? AB spends his time giving valuable tips and small (but very important) nuances. This simple technique is the difference between a "great dinner" and hitting the "Unsubscribe button"! Thanks AB...YOU ARE THE BEST BROTHA!!!! Keep "smokin and grillin"!!!
