Thanks. You will have to reduce the cooking time for the recipe as chicken takes less than 40 minutes to be falling off the bone when simmered.

Smoked turkey necks have salt in them already. All you would have to do is watch the seasoning. You don't need to marinate the turkey necks like I did in the video. Just cook them and it'll create it's own flavor and broth with the liquid during the cooking process. Hope the information I gave you helps. Thanks!

If the smoked turkey necks have meat on them, sure. Be careful with add the seasonings as smoked turkey necks may already have a lot of salt in them. You're welcome, not a problem.
