If you have a computer strong enough to run the PS2 emulator, it's worth a play. It certainly leaves open questions, like "What happens with Frieza now?" or "Is Goku doomed to succumb to the heart virus and everyone else to the Cyborgs?". If anything, I wish it continued

This comic was intriguing to see and experience. The supposed ending was sad but seems kinda like something Raditz would do to protect his family and end things once and for all. I could see the trajectory of the story changing dramatically if the story were to continue from this point forward.

Ah so you want do you own version of Raditz turning good now looking forward to that. The only thing I'm hoping you keep for your version from this series is the Uncle-Nephew relationship between Raditz and Gohan. 👍 I was happy Krillin was in the fight against Raditz, and the fight showed off Gohan's Latent Potential, which was pretty cool too. 🙂 The ending is sad, though, and definitely my favorite part with Raditz sacrifice himself for his family. 🙁 Anyways overall another really good short-term series, and looking forward to the one soon.

I really liked this and hope we get more of the story. I'm curious to know how Goku responds to this. I'm also kinda wondering if this sacrifice was enough to redeem Raditz or if his soul will be sent to Hell. This is also likely to draw the attention of Frieza as with all 3 of the Saiyans he knows of dieing while going to Earth might make him think there's someone/something there that could be a threat to him. Raditz's sacrifice might have just inadvertently doomed the Earth. At the very least, I suspect Frieza is going to send the Ginyu Force to investigate.

There he would begin his long redemption arc where it would lead up years later where raditz faces the ginyu force and beats them with the techniques he has learned over the years.

I hope you cover Raditz as a child. Since this is a what-if scenario, you could be more loose with canon and add movie characters or non-canon elements. I really hope you could elaborate on either canon where Raditz was actually considered an upper-level warrior at birth and even had the potential to be assigned to a group with Nappa and later to the prince, but his potential might have been squandered seeing the strength of Nappa and Vegeta in the future. Or I would really like to see the non-canonical 'Dragon Ball Zero' Raditz, where he just barely got the ability to lead a group of low-class Saiyans by cheating and had a friendship with Turles before being sent on a suicide mission to the planet Desset. The idea of a scene of Raditz and Turles, after both thinking the other died, reuniting would be really heartwarming to see.
