I still think that would happen, with Zamasu taking Goku's body. Zamasu probably considers that Majin Buu stole God Ki from the Kais while Goku and Vegeta are able to generate their own. Why steal from someone who steals when you could steal someone who generates that ki instead. He would probably think Majin Buu as the gravest sin of mortals, the manifestation of a non-entity into an entity, a mimicry/mockery of Creation that endangers the Gods. Majin Buu should not exist in his eyes yet it does and for that the mortals must be punished and Majin Buu must be destroyed.
