16:41 it might be because Gohan knows the Masenko, a move that literally channels your evil thoughts into a beam. Most of Piccolo's moves are like that, channeling evil and whatnot. Also I love the fact that the Devilmite beam deals damage differently based on how impure a character is. Goku is fine in base, but going Super Saiyan does actually hurt him, and we saw that for Freeza it's an insta-kill while others like Cell or Fat Buu are really hurt, but not killed.

Krillin's disk was effective against Frieza's 2nd form which was about x15 stronger, but SSJ2 Gohan tanked Cell's disks despite being less than x2 stronger. It's like an one hit KO move that is ineffective against enemies above certain level.

In the PAL version of Dragon Ball Z: Budokai, the dialogues are in Japanese, so the player follows the story through subtitles. In the "what if" story of Vegeta, it's not explicit who kills Nappa, although is implied that Goku is the responsible one. Instead of Goku saying that Nappa would've been alright if Vegeta didn't blow him up, he says "You've got to be kidding!! You killed our fellow warriors, too!!" and in the end, Yajirobe says: "On your side I'd end up dead! Like that Saiyan!!", which doesn't confirm who killed Nappa. That way the motivation for Vegeta turning Super Saiyan would've make more sense - although the idea of Vegeta reaching Super Saiyan because of Nappa's death is still hilarious!

ngl, the idea is surprisingly enticing if done correctly. We know Master Roshi can alter his own body trough the usage of ki, and have seen multiple characters bulk up when powering up. Why are aliens the only ones able of reaching transformations that are multipliers? Methinks the "super human" should be a combination of ki metamorphosis and the kaioken. A human uses ki to change his body into a much sturdier form capable of limited regeneration, and powers up the kaioken to the limit.

A what if that I found very weird is Cooler's story mode in Supersonic warriors 2 where he survives the big gete star events in namek, then he goes to earth with another big gete star, defeats the protagonists and gets the dragon balls. Of all the wishes he could ask, he decides to revive Frieza's soldiers (the Ginyu force, Zarbon and Dodoria) for some reason? lmfao, then he beats the androids and Cell with his new army, the story ends with everyone practicing new poses to join the Ginyu force, even Cooler participates on it. Honestly Supersonic Warriors 1 and 2 has some of the best and funniest what ifs in my opinion, i wish they made another sequel.

Honestly I’d love to see a What If from you where Krillin does get some kind of human transformation unique to him (maybe by wishing on the Dragon Balls like Piccolo. Like he asks for help getting stronger and Shenron takes that as giving him a transformation) or he just manages to unlock one himself. I think it’d be cool for him to get one that isn’t just Max power like Roshi or he becomes a Saiyan and gets the SSJ forms.

I always loved Tenshinhan. Dude's the strong silent type but when he's pushed too far he wrecks the house with his Kikoho. Risking his life to stall Semi-Perfect Cell, showing humans can still get the job done? Legend. Definitely agree Krillin should get a transformation but so should the other human Z-Fighters. They were awesome in OG Dragon Ball. Yamcha and Tenshinhan had a really, really cool fight - Saiyan Saga Goku/Vegeta levels of drama.
