I studied computer science so I know a thing or two about programming in general. SMW ASM isn't too difficult to work with. I started doing simple blocks since Super Wakana Land. After that, I experimented with UberASM coding in game.bps and much later in #0 iggy's castle. In The Brutal Dream I had Daizo teach me about how to make sprites too. It wasn't just interest, to me it's very fun to try getting the stuff you want inside SMW! In my level, I really wanted to try putting Curse Of Darkness's main gimmicks inside, so here you have it I guess 😄

@ Cool. Learned javascript? I made several HTML files for documentation my various ASM, mainly to see what but flags are associated and as well as the RAM usage. It started with the graphical bar tutorial since I would love a smoother animation.

2 of my documents are related to HUD elements and it covers more than just the status bar, it supports sprite OAM (written directly via either uberasm tool/patch), stripe image, and pixi sprites.

Note that both was before uberasm 2.0, therefore if you want direct OAM write, you may want to move the patch freespace code to uberasm’s “end:” label.
