Seeing Emily choke up when Dav was praising their work was very touching. They have done something incredible, and it has been a joy seeing all their amazing friends, like Dav, lending their time and expertise on the way.

Great tour! The transitions through time between building to finished were so fun! Such an incredible place. The blue beauty enclosure is definitely my fave! Walking around the zoo makes me feel like a kid again. Can't wait to see what kind of events and fun things Emily and Ed come up with next!

I’m trying to get Snake Discovery on my husband’s school trip list for their students. Also the counseling center he works for to see if they can do a once a year trip. I’m going to approach some churches in my area as well. I live in Delaware so I’m going to do the research on how long it takes to drive and all. I may even sponsor a trip there this coming summer for kids myself. I just want to be a support to these two beautiful souls. 🥰❤️🙏🏽

They did an excellent job setting up the enclosures specifically for the species going into it! It's nice to see enclosures that are way bigger than needed, incredibly decorated with proper hides, water bowls, grass/sticks/bark, bedding ect!! Definitely up there with the nicest collections, best kept/taken care of & attention to detail with everything related to that specific species.

Since I live here I was luck to go on the final day of opening weekend. Didn't get to spend as much time as I would have liked due to crowds my kiddos were getting overwhelmed, but it gives me a great excuse to go back really soon 😁

Reptile Rapture in Wisconsin has a huge rescue section. It's a reptile shop but they are definitely huge on rescue. I absolutely love Snake Discovery and what they created. Simply amazing. So much work and thought put into that place. Really proud of this awesome couple!

I'm in the UK and never really had their area in my travel plans but literally going so I can see the zoo and hopefully meet Ed and Emily one day. Im Terrified of snakes to the point I couldnt even look at pictures without going into a cold sweat but watching snake discovery these past few years along with another channel has really helped😊 not yet to the point I'm brave enough to hold a snake though 😅

17:25 Gargolyle geckos are overshadowed by Cresties, but I think Gargoyles are a much better pet species. They eat better they are much calmer and their colours are spectacular. At least in my collection.

Looks like everything came together pretty well! I wish I could visit... This was a great tour, though, thanks! Still hoping someone (maybe Emily herself) will do a tour of _every_ animal and enclosure, because I'm greedy like that. Lol 😆 I used to spend full days at the Vancouver Aquarium, since I had to see everything and take my time. The frog display took a good chunk of the day to get through because I like to find at least one of every species, and some frogs camouflage incredibly well- some even better than the bird poop frogs shown here, though they get extra points for originality and style! 😄

I love there place but i think one of the best touches is the native snakes they need to try and obtain all of the natives. I actually been sugesting this very same thing to another utuber with a reptile zoo. I really think whatever state your in and u have a reptile zoo it makes a great educational piece to be able to display all the natives. Great vid Dav
