This would be SUPER cool on a beach-themed nail! Imagine painting the base of the nail to look like water at the edge of the sand and then using white polish to do the bubble effect so it looks like sea foam. Add a few tiny pearls or maybe some little shell-shaped nail decor too.

I've watched a few other videos about this technique and most said not to put a top coat. I'm thrilled to see that the design was still there! Ahhh thank you! I had struggled with these before so knowing to stick the whole finger will make it easier. I had used sticks and other methods but didn’t really think of dipping my finger lol but tha am for the tips will definitely try and hopefully they come out legit :)

Very cool, would like to suggest using a straw to blow bubbles, even a small coffee stirrer straw for small bubbles. Thinking it might be easier than trying to whip them up
