@@DoorsToHideBehind156 I didn't say others hated it, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, obviously! I'm part of the always-forgotten generation (Gen X, we were AFTER Boomers and BEFORE Millennials!), and Rugrats came out when I was a teenager. By then I was a HUGE weeb when it came to Manga and Anime - but only certain types. Like, I can't stand DBZ and the like, but love so many others. (Crunchyroll for LIFE!) I couldn't stand the artstyle and the constant brattiness. Wasn't my thing is all!

I just wanted to say my 4-year-old loves your channel. He will often come up to me and ask to watch the "snake lady" together. During one hatching video we were watching you cut into an egg and he turned and looked at me with a serious expression and said "the goop is a good color". So nice to see he is learning as he watches. Love your channel!

This is awesome to know! So many people are scared of snakes and other non-human species. I'm so glad he can enjoy them and this wonderful channel. Before I started watching this channel, I wasn't very fond of snakes or spiders. Now, neither of them really bug me. So i want to chance a spider biting me? Still no. But I'm not as afraid of a single small spider. Actually helped one out of the house so they were safe. A lot of spiders like the siding on our house and make webs there. It's actually rather cool to see ^-^

It would be cool if they put together a breeding season 2023 compilation video. Then we could see all the clutches in one video after the originals air. Also, Emily and Ed might provide commentary of maybe updates or top clutches of the year, things they learned that season, etc. in between showing clutches. Then if they did that every year you could see kind of a timeline of how things have changed. It could just be clips of pipping snakes and then some short clips once they’re out of the egg. That might also allow for a short update on any holdbacks as well. :)

What a small world! I just googled your zoo and was very surprised to find out you were in MN. And not just in MN, but in the exact neighborhood I grew up in! My first encounter with a turtle in the wild happened almost 40 years ago at the maplewood nature center right next to your location! Your location used to be an exotic fish store 35+ years ago. I used to catch turtles as a kid at tanners lake and maple wood nature center. The last time I was in that area I was amazed how built up that area has become. The only stuff there back then was Crowley gymnastics, a liquor store called peggertys I used to get candy at and a no name gas station down on the corner. And a restaurant near crowleys it may have been called green street can’t recall.

Nail polish remover also works well for permanent markers, just obviously don't use it on anything that's only dyed because it's going to remove that too.
@tiffanysandmeier4753 Жыл бұрын
Rubbing alcohol works too. Permanent markers are alcohol based, so alcohol picks up the pigment easily. As long as it is a non porous material, it is easy to remove. Nail polish remover is often acetone, which is a little more harsh and will melt some plastics (ABS).
