Purchased your bulking book and have been following it along with your videos. I have to say, I'm really enjoying it and already feel stronger. Just don´t be scared to try out stuff with that colon... some times it get angry but other times it works so if you figure out what the combination is that will trigger it you can adjust just small things and get all stuff work in the end... and oh! Drink Proviva (here in sweden it is active bacteria culture drinks) and eat those asacol pills... works for me and my belly has been very kind ever since... and of course avoid stress... that will mess up anything in combination or in it self. :)

When I do leg curls on a machine I like to do about 20 curls (max for the weight) then lower the weight for another 10 on each leg. Works ok for me so far. I switch it up though with what leg I start the single sides with since the other leg will have that time to rest you need to alternate.

can you guys film yourselves eating? I'm trying to bulk but my jaw gets really tired from chewing. Maybe I should try more protein dense foods. Also, how important is fiber? Also do you guys suffer from hemmrhoids? and how do you deal with it? Asking for a friend.
@gollummgollumm7 жыл бұрын
Daniel H you don't need so much Protein, try having small to moderate doses, but more often. Your body cannot use so much Protein at once, you Gitta split it up. And what is most important during bulking are the calories, meaning the Energy you consume, and or hardly gives you any. Try upping the carbs and fats, and Rat lots of small meals during the day, as the Buff Dudes do themselves, as stated on their Website

I'm 16 and I play soccer and wrestling and realized while having the leg strength from playing soccer my whole life I have no upper body strength I wanted to get started working out but I go to the gym and it's a little weird I don't have a set plan and I eat unhealthy. I've been doing a lot of research and I don't know what to do. I want to eat right but not on a strict diet and get stronger and look good. I'm not over weight I'm fairly skinny 5'10" 140lbs. Pls someone help me find a free workout routine and a place where to eat right! I have the money to afford some supplements and have a membership to an average gym.
@1111poul7 жыл бұрын
Brett Turner first, if you Are a beginner. Fuck supplements, you dont need Them. Eat a lot of high quality food (good carbs, protein and fats) and work out. Do a lightweight beginners program (deadlift, ohp, squat, bench and if you can, pullups) and focus om technique. Progress in weight once you have the technique nailed down.

Need some advice off people here. Been lifting 4 months now. 195lbs currently at 5'10 and a half. And in a Calorie Surplus right now. My lower body and back are by far my strongest. My flat bench is at 70kg for reps. Incline is at 60kg Dumbell flat press is at 25kg for reps Incline is at 20kg for reps..(each hand) My legs are currently 26 inches and my squat is at 160kg for three Hack squat 200kg for three And Deadlift is at 140kg And my shrug is at 160kg Should I be hitting chest about 3 times a week? Legs once a week? Or every fortnight? As they're a lot stronger. Arms are 14.8 inches rn too. But they're quite strong. So I'm not too worried there.
@johnm18447 жыл бұрын
Always focus on the muscle group or movement you want to excel at. Do you lift heavy on the lower body for competitions? Or are you training to overall improve your physique? Wether or not you should train certain bodyparts or lifts more frequently would depend on what your goals are.
@happythoughts99327 жыл бұрын
Alex Young I would say to just up the intensity when you train chest. Each set basically be in the 1-6 rep range. What kind of split are you on right now? And how many sets do you usually get in for chest, per week?
@AlexYoung19957 жыл бұрын
Science above All usually start with a flat bench, dumbell or barbell a couple light sets of 10 Then go heavy (for me) 😂 for about 6 reps for 4 sets. Then hit inclined hammer machine press for about 4 sets and then incline dumbell press heavy for 3 sets of 8 And finish with cable flies, followed by around the world flies Hitting chest twice a week now
@AlexYoung19957 жыл бұрын
Heronicus I was just doing it for personal strength and physique, but it could all change tbh because I keep improving so much haha Yeah, just have to increase it. Just annoying as it sky only weak point! Thanks for the advice mate.
@happythoughts99327 жыл бұрын
Alex Young Sounds good. Once that 6 reps gets easy, just up the weight and you'll see progress man. With that amount of sets, you're good with twice a week.
