I'm looking to change from Enscape for landscape projects, but I'm not sure which alternative is the best for vegetation assets (European plant varieties), I know that Lumion is really good but it's too expensive so that leaves me with D5 or Twinmotion - any recommendations?

Hi! Are you needing this for commercial use? Also, I have only had experience with Twinmotion and Lumion. Between those two the selection for vegetation assets are good, but Twinmotion renders vegetation at a higher quality and provides more realistic settings. I will do some research on D5's vegetation assets and which one would be most beneficial for you. I will get back to you soon on what I find.

@@3DGvisuals I don't think you could go wrong with either. Twinmotion and D5 Render both have great high-quality assets and a lot of them. For a commercial 1-year license, Twinmotion is $499 vs. D5 Render which is $360. Twinmotion has an addition quixel library compiled of real 3D scanned items, which could be very useful. Twinmotion also includes decals and small things like logs and fallen branches that could help you. I would recommend Twinmotion for your need, but either one would be a great choice.

@@3DGvisuals Really that is interesting, I didn't know that. I think with Twinmotion's upgrade to Unreal Engine 5.1 they compete well with Lumion, especially for a cheaper price. Lumion is a really good program! What specifically do they like about Lumion?
