Jack Jr. was disappointed he couldn't join in on the fun. However, I think he will have opportunity to join in later on. Nathan isn't a showy man, so I don't see him joining choir. He is the type of man who will sing for his family and I believe Nathan has plans to make Elizabeth and Jack Jr. apart of his family.

Yes Nathan and Elizabeth are ENd game and we will get a blended family. I know in the scene Jack Jr. wanted to join in Elizabeth said no, but I think he will be able to in the future. Nathan doesn't like the spotlight so I don't think he will join the choir or anything. However, he will sing to his family. Jack Jr. will get a chance to sing with Nathan and Allie one day!

As someone pointed out in one of the other comments Nathan doesn't like being in the spotlight. He isn't a showy man. I don't think he will join the choir. He seems more like a man who would rather just sing to his family. Right now his family is Allie, but hopefully one day that includes Elizabeth and little Jack.
