I'm getting bored with this franchise, I want to see houses, I want to understand the market, I want to see unsusal buyers and sellers and their situations. I want less of the people. Tracy, Josh and Josh I like them but need 10% of them and 90% stupidly priced, extravagant properties.

Josh Flagg is old money so I doubt he will have any financial issues in the future. Now Altman is a totally different situation. I think he's losing his business, his wife and his hair! Overextended in a sketchy market is a bad place to be. And that wife of his has become such a Prima Donna last season she couldn't be bothered to close up a house and called a junior agent to come up and do it for her😱You could see this coming from her dealings with Madison back in Seasons 4and 5.
