I believe that with this "remaster" series, the proper and accurate version would be the black tongue as they did on the "old love, new love" pack (but in a mid cut), with red laces off course. Thanks! Best regards!

The remastered series is suppose to be like the OG with better quality and craftsmanship. The original release had a White tongue

Why do you refer to cloth as "vinyl"? I'm pretty sure you did that in at least one other video as well. Air Jordan 1s have a cloth tongue, and they always have. It is so bizarre to me that someone could mistake cloth for vinyl; they look and feel nothing alike. Cloth is made from woven or knit thread while vinyl is a solid sheet of PVC (sometimes with a cloth backing) which resembles finished leather. Have you gone through life thinking that your, e.g., jeans and T-shirts are made of vinyl?

Both are an OG colorway..and if I was in your shoes, I probably would go with Shadow since you already own the 2013 Black Toe.

my black toes came with a defect in the toe box. has a pretty noticeable scuff. think I should return them or just flip them? or just wear them since they're already messed up

Got the 2016s and will definitely get rid of the 2013s. Just as you pointed out in the video, the leather on the toebox of this year's version is super soft, gotta love it.

great comparison! In my opinion I like the 2016 better but I probably won't get them for a little bit because some retailers price this like over $200.00 but when you buy shoes where do you think is a good place to buy shoes. I shop at flight club but they get expensive
