Flounder fishing is definitely my favorite. It was cool to see you on the boat with Cot.Collier That dude is a beast on them flounder.

Fold a half a strip of bacon onto a weighted hook - enough to keep it on the bottom. Slow retrieve. You do not sell this particular lure in your shop...but it will catch a flounder. Remember, flounder eyes are set for looking up dresses...they also hunt with their nose.

Thank you Mr. M.I. for teaching me to surf fish. I've been watching your, Brandt's, and Brad's vids along with some of yalls comrads for some time now. All that absorbed knowledge is about to be put to use as my wife andbI are moving to Jax FL in 2 weeks. Can't wait to put that knowledge to use.

I use to live in Jacksonville FL. Jack Beach is OK I guess. The St. Jhon River is your best bet in Jacksonville. St. Augustine is also very good, especially if you have a boat. St. Jhon is very good for speckled trout and red fish.

This is purely a suggestion, get yourself some fins and snorkle mask , swim around in the areas you fish the most and you will be able to make more productive casts. Along with that tidal changes .🤙

In North Carolina you can't keep any flounder this year. I guess it's to let the population grow.

Man I wonder if you could buy or make a polarized lens for the GoPro? If anyone strikes it rich with this idea don’t forget about me

Big Trout shy in the daytime? Try the Mirrolure Night Stalker in the same holes at night on a falling tide...

Great info as always! How long is your leader line usually? Or are you casting the knot through the guides?
@AllTackleAngling2 ай бұрын
Leader as long as you'd like I'd say. I typically use an Albright knot n it doesn't seem to affect the cast much at all.

Can you tell me what rod and reel you are using in this video? I didn't see it in the description anywhere. I don't really have any beach fishing rods, but I noticed you just had the one rod and reel, and even said that. Just checking, because that's probably what I would do since I really don't know too much about beach fishing as it is. Appreciate what you do bro! God bless.

The reason I mentioned it is what you said in " fishing not catching" I think you might be right about funny stuff with You tube and your videos being seen dropping off.
