Should I double the recipe for a 13 x 9 cake size

Hi! I would say yes since in the video I used a 8inch pan 😊

I have been asked to make a vanilla cake for 80 people. How many recipes of the 8" cake do i need to make? Also, do you have a strawberry cake recipe? Thank you

Hi! I have a couple of questions if you don't mind......did you use APF or cake flour in the video? Also, you mentioned that butter can be replaced for the oil. Would this be melted butter? and will it change the texture of the cake? I like the fluffiness of this cake and I like a butter flavor. Could I do 1/2 oil and 1/2 melted butter? This looks delicious! Can't wait to make it 🙂 Thank you

Hi! I used AP flour but you can use cake flour as well, the cake will be fluffier. Butter should be melted, the texture will change yes because with oil the cake is more moist (with butter the flavour is more rich but after a few days you notice it becomes more dry). Yes you can do 1/2 1/2 ☺️ let me know how it goes! And i hope this helps x

Amazing recipes, pls I need you to clarify on the flour measurements in cups and grams,in some of your recipes the grams measurements of a particular cup measurement differs..this is so confusing as I don't really know which to use..e.g 1,3/4cup is 265g in a video, while in anoda is 238g,etc

Hi there! I know exactly what you mean! This is due to measuring while making the recipe. For each recipe I measure exactly how much I use and this is why it differs, does that make sense? I do this so that if someone is following the recipe in grams it would match the recipe I filmed ☺️
