Ooh they look great! Silly question perhaps: What's the difference between cocoa and cacao powder? I thought they were the same :D

I could be wrong but I think cacao is just a less processed version of cocoa. Cacao is heated to a much lower temperature than cocoa so it preserves more of the antioxidants.
