Tbh, the dialogue in this game is what made it so cool. You really don't get that at all with fighting games. It was cool watching the Capcom cast show their personality. Plus the kickass background music was awesome.

No lie, this was a rarity. I know you have to really be into SNK to enjoy Chaos, but I can't help but appreciate the illustration art to turn every Capcom Character in the game into a King of Fighters design. It has a special place.

A lot of the interactions here aren't really interesting, you really have to look deep for anything funny, like Dahlsim telling Choi he can make him taller by getting him into yoga. I think most people can agree that the amount of effort put here is admirable though, every single unique match up in this game has it's own dialogue. As a whole, this game feels unfinished and has some untapped potential, it's a big shame it never got a sequel because it could have been a genuine competitor to CvS 2, but it remains today as a niche, mildly intriguing one-off title.
