@@traptnadream6995 You are missing what I'm trying to explain. This is what they do on the last episode of the season. Michael and Colin are two of the head writers for the show and for this segment they wrote each other's jokes but they are reading them for the first time as they are LIVE. The whole point is neither one knows what the joke is before hand so they try to make each other sound as horrible and racists as possible. I said Michael is pretending "LIKE" he didn't write the joke when in fact he did.

@@pcd1377 LoL gotcha. Actually these two do a great job with their weekend update segments throughout the year. However they absolutely crush it with these season finale segments. Neither of them have any clue what the joke is until they read it off the cue cards live during the show. That's what makes it so great. Plus the setups for the jokes like making the other guy say "I actually wrote this one and mean every word of it" when it a complete lie. Unfortunately they couldn't do it more often cuz the standards and practice (lawyers) would end up axing most of the funny (colorful) jokes for fear of SJW and complaints being made to the FCC.

Probably cuz Standards and Practices (the network Censors) would mutilate it into some shadow of what it is now. At least it is only once a year so they can push the envelope a bit more. But I do agree, I wish they did this at least once a month. Some of my favorite SNL stuff ever. Right Up there with Christopher Walken, Justin Timberlake and Lonely Island.
