The reason why Reardon's cueing elbow is sticking out, is because he broke that arm while he was working as a miner, and it always was like that ever since... It didnt stop him from having a straight cue action though

I always think Ray had such an old skool type cue action. Very reminiscent of the likes of Joe or Fred Davis. Technically superb, but very much a throwback

Great tips. The only problem is at my club, I would not get away with hitting any colour ball other than the cue ball. Unless they are billiard balls. No one can tell me why though, other than it's "bad" for the balls. Can anyone clear this up please.
@Mjolbaggar10 жыл бұрын
I guess becose then the other balls will pick up chalk and then they have to clean the balls.

Very good clear training but he did gloss over a few things using terminology that they would’ve not understood at their level. She asks him about her arm at the start but she was referring to her bridge arm but he glossed over it and started talking about the cue arm with jargon that i as a century break player would understand but i felt he didn’t really pay attention to what she was saying there but other than that very good clear training for beginners

Ray Reardon, when you are cueing, put your chin on the cue and never rise your head until the shot is completely done. And your cueing elbow is sticking out, it must be closer to your body. Please adjust these things and make a new video, because it is no need to spread wrong technic.
@TheMimetolithman9 жыл бұрын
