Can you please try and recreate the black into the middle pocket at PACE, then followed by the long red, that Ronnie did during the 2016 Masters? Honestly that shot to this day to me is probably the most ridiculous and best shot I've seen, to play it at that pace and get it into the tight middle pocket seems nigh on impossible, also then followed by the clearance... simply unbelievable

Matthew Stevens had an unbelievable shot in 2012 in his semi vs Ronnie. It was so good Dennis Taylor ( I think) said in the commentary box to the other person he'll buy him a pint I think if he got, he also had to pause during this shot as there was loud noise, which makes it even more impressive. Also Ronnie had some good shots in the quarter final match vs Bingham probably best match I've ever seen anyone play in 2013

That shot of Mark Williams is up there too where the white was near the left top pocket a red was over the middle that he couldn't see so he played a red all the way up the table of the cush in the balk area that came back up the table and ever so slowly knocked the red at the middle pocket into the hole ...... a truly awesome shot, how can you give yourself a score equal to the original players shot when you get 4,5,6,7,or even 8 shots to recreate it the players only get one shot, so so should you !!
@vxrdrummer2 жыл бұрын
I play with Mark Lloyd at my club and on his table he recreates Juud style shots with big banana cueballs. He manages to do it all the time, and I have tried them on the table next to him. I play on his table, but wouldn't dare trying to ridiculous shots in case I damaged the table and ended up with a big bill! As an amazing player who plays in pro tournaments, he gets the attempts 10 out of 10, and I get at best, 2 out of 10! He does exhibition shots where the cueball is arching like an arching thingy and it blows my mind to see it up close and not on the tele. I pick balls for him and just stand there in awe when he does back to back 140s! How these top guys do these shots in big matches is beyond me!
@paulmaina57124 жыл бұрын
The last shot by Judd Trump is absolutely crazy. I think that its the best shot of the decade because of several factors. It came in a final, in a 147 attempt, and if you have the original video, you can hear the commentator say, "there is only one player who can pot this red in the corner, cannon of the red on the cushion and get the white ball back up in position for the black, and he is at the table right now", and that is exactly what Judd did. To me, it ranks up there with Ronnie's "how much is the price for a 147" moment after potting two reds

The shot Murphy played was just creative and bold! It wasn't that hard, and many people would probably seen that coming, including me when the commentator was saying about the red over the pocket... But to pot in from that position was just incredible... Judd's shot was pretty much just potting the red and getting the cueball to strike the right side of the red, doesn't necessarily have to hit the red though, so he could probably play it with stun right hand side or simply screw shot...

The Gary Wilson shot (double snooker) was THE shot of all time! There's a reason why this guy doesn't even attempt to recreate it - no one wants to watch him try and fail 100 times. This shot was the very essence of snooker - speed, English and cueball control. Potting balls is all well and good, but this kind of speed control is phenomenal.

There’s something you can’t factor in and that’s the real match adrenaline and confidence, some magic karma that just makes the shot happen with the competitive vision and willpower of the player. p.s. can’t disagree with Williams he played so many sick shots that year, fully deserved
