They have the same style of beat and they rap the same. The artists when I was growing up didn’t sound the same, look the same or rap the same. Each had their own unique rap flow and style and their beats were original. Big Daddy Kane never copied Rakim and vice versa. Today however it’s so difficult to distinguish who’s who because everyone sounds alike, looks alike and raps alike.
