Snorkeling Beautiful Reefs | Squid and Rays | Nassau Bahamas

Nassau Bahamas, we did the "2 Reef Snorkel by Boat" excursion. Highlight was the pretty reefs, tons of fish, and a pair of squid.
After the excursion we went into town to have lunch at The Bearded Clam. Great little local bar in an alley, great food!

Was this trip within this last year? Or a video edited from a more distant past. I heard there is not much vibrant coral in Bahamas anymore due to the ocean warming.

This was less than 2 weeks after the cruise. Coral was beautiful. The ocean is warming everywhere so keep that in mind.

It depends on where you go. THE Bahamas generally has pretty healthy coral but some parts are more affected by climate change, humans and pollution than others. It can vary even around a heavily populate island like new providence. You should be fine though, the locals on your excursion would know where to go. Hope you have a great time whenever you go!😊

yes, the vests are mandatory to wear, but not mandatory to inflate.
