How efficient is the fuel consumption. In other words, if you were to use this 3 times a day only boiling 2 cups of water each time. How many days would one canister last you? I don't need an exact time frame. Just fair assessment of what you have noticed. Thanks!

ethanw08- Out of one 8oz. Isobutane canister you can expect to get 4 to 9 days given the requirements you listed, depending upon the variables: altitude, wind, temperature. I've been able to get around 30 half-liter boils out of one 8oz. isobutane canister during summer months. Into winter you will only get half that if you're lucky, but I'd always recommend bringing an additional fuel canister. Even just a 4oz. for reserve. Better to have and not need, right?

How long would a can of fuel last? We are planning on doing a 5-6 day hike in the early summer next year. Great video!

Lee Cheek I'm assuming "we" pertains to a few of you at least. If you bring one 4oz. Isobutane canister and another member carries one you will be fine. Or, you could carry an 8oz. canister yourself and eat the larger portion because its your gear and YOU carried it all. ^^
