I'm a little late watching this Ron, but per your loving request { Through Jesus my prayers are extended to the drivers of those vehicles and, all the emergency crews, for you and your family and your employees & their, families, etc., Amen } I am sure the families know you and your employees work in sometimes harsh conditions and in dangerous places and they worry out of love..... I continue to pray that people learn to slow down in bad weather out of respect for each other....... Thanks for taking the time to make the videos, edit them, and up-load them. I know it's a lot of work making videos, but I love seeing your trucks, riding along inside the trucks via your head / hat cam, and your efforts to load the vehicles and do rescue work. I certainly don't wish or pray for stuck vehicles or accidents so that you can provide video footage, but, unfortunately Accidents happen even to the best of us, so I'm thankful you are there to clean up and make the roads safe and passable once again and that you share your experiences with us thru your camera. Perhaps people watching your videos will be reminded thru the unfortunate owners of these cars and other vehicles in your videos what can happen and drive as safe as possible and have respect for each other, etc. Also these videos you produce may help teach and remind people to drive slower thru emergency zones learning and being reminded there are emergency people near by that can be hurt or killed easily by a careless driver. Your videos help teach people how they should react to emergency situations along the road and to drive carefully. Flashing lights of any kind are always a reminder to be extra safe around that vehicle and the environment around it.

I did the Calgary to Medicine Hat mail run in 95 with an R model Mack and a 48 foot trailer, and the roads from Brooks to the Hat were like that every morning. Those mail runs are all at night so I used to arrive at the Hat in the early morning and there'd be cars and trucks off the road and even stuck on the road on a daily basis. I often found myself winding my way among trucks that were stuck on the highway and I was often told I was the only driver that always made it through. You have my prayers for staying safe and always getting home in one piece. You do a very dangerous job in the safest way so you have my respect for that.

I remember driving in weather like that, up in the PA/NJ area. In the automatic trucks, if I wasn't hard on the brakes when shifting into drive, the rears would sometimes just spin on the spot at idle. And when I wanted to stop, I had to slip it into neutral to stop, otherwise the front wheels would lock up and the rears would keep pushing me along the road. I love driving in just about any sort of weather...but not when it's like that. Nice quick job - and glad you're both safe. :-)

That Red pickup was converted into the new articulated steering version, only capable of right hand turns only all the time ! My prayers to the injured involved as always, that truck reminded me of an accident that happened about 4 years ago where one car T boned another car and the car that was damaged like that truck was driven into the end of my driveway by the impact sideways!! I live at the intersection of an OFFSET 4 way intersection which is very bad because everything is at an uphill slant or downhill slant depending on your point of view!! The driver of the T boned car survived but not without severe injuries to his right side neck that resulted in him having a stroke that left his left side arm and leg impaired !! I had used several large white towels to control bleeding without moving him in any way, ambulance is only 2 miles away so they arrived within 2 minutes of call along with rescue and fire trucks, they called stat flight to get him to Westchester Hospital, my actions probably saved his life anyway and so his family later thanked me for doing what I did, and that was gratifying enough for me!!

It is funny in a non haha way to see how you uses the snatch block to pull the vehicle over straight. Due to the fact, my dad would have just hooked up to the vehicle. Then pulled the vehicle until it was lined up with the bed of the rollback. Although this is how he learned it in the military I suppose! Although, I like how you do move the vehicle over straight, with the snatch block, without moving the rollback at all. Needless, to say a lot is different from the late 70's through the mid 90''s when I was around the family towing and recovery business! Of course, there is no doubt, I believe you are doing an excellent job. So don't take it as me suggesting, just me thinking back to when I was going on wrecker calls with my dad and grandpa!
