If you ever come back to the ice coast, stop by Mountain Creek in Vernon NJ, its my home mountain and for a small mountain has a pretty fun park

It's my home mountain too! Over 1000ft of vert and 4 peaks for Jersey is great. No reason for me to drive to PA when I have this in my backyard. If I have more time I might hit up the catskills though 🙂

What's wrong with a forgiving knuckle?!! Gotta say, as a CO instructor, I wish all the resorts around here would stop building such angular knuckles! Sure, make the knuckle well defined... but give people a little bit of chance and choice. Rounded knuckles are the way to go, because they encourage people to try. Choose where to land... a little early with a bit more impact for small tricks... a little later for big tricks to find that sweet spot. Jumping is about adjusting your speed and pop to the feature and trick, whether it's a park jump, side-hit, or cliff!!! Rounded knuckles are the best!

So glad you had a great time visiting all the East Coast resorts. My least favorite time in Summit Co. is always packing up my bag for the drive back to Denver/DIA. One nice thing in normal years is we East Coasters get red eye flights back home -- so can enjoy a full day on the mountain.

Lol windham bro. Windham more safe, better for families, better parks. Hunters park crew recently quit because they were getting asked to do jobs that had no relation with the job they signed up for. Also a couple people have died at hunter over the years.
