I might be interpreting this wrong, but I really love the idea of a StarClan cat sparing Snowkit the pain of being eaten alive by "taking" him mid-flight. Because he's too sweet to go through that. This video is so beautiful and heartbreaking.

It was impossible for Snowkit to survive that long. Birds of prey use their frontal claws to hold, and the other to kill the prey, so it happened very quickly for him. But yeah, I agree with the idea of Starclan sending someone to carry him being heartwarming. I wonder who would go for him, maybe his sister, Lynxkit? Or an older cat?

This would match perfectly with Snowkit, as a kitten, he didn’t know how to speak. What death was. The way you portrayed his death in this animation is unforgettable, the feeling of joy and the feeling that Snowkit might just have been unstoppable. It’s too sad that he didn’t know he was going to give other creatures life, while that eagle had taken his own. It’s painful to think how Snowkit had saved a few he didn’t even know. An eagle’s chicks? Maybe he dropped to the floor and was eaten by a fox? What if it was just another cat who had found him, and buried him? The aftermath of his death is scary to think about, while he was just a side character. I’m actually quite surprised most of the community remembered this little kit. The expressions were well thought out. Good job.

Even though Snowkit is so cute and precious I love how unsettling this video is with your altered voice, the real footage and how he said that he cannot exactly remember what happened. I think the altered voice sound effect suits this rlly well as he was talking with an "unclear" voice. Ohh I imagine that the part with the StarClan cat telling him to "Let it go" and that he'll "be safe" was just moments before the hawk dropped Snowkit and he fell to his death... Definitely think that Speckletail had nightmares like this

The most saddening thing about this is how he never realized he was in danger, until it was over. Because the shot of ghost-him looking down at himself, and knowing that it wasn't right, was so,, sad. And him at the very end, telling Speckletail he loved her was just the nail in the coffin that made it depressing... He knew he couldn't do anything, except watch his poor ol' mom be depressed over child's death... When I was a kid, and first read TPB, I was honestly excited by the idea of having a disabled warrior. I was rootin' for little Snowkit to learn how to properly read lips and cat body language, and become a proper apprentice, even if it was later on for him. But, noooo! They had to do the easy-out, and kill him off instead of having to worry about coming up with a good idea for him. And ever since that first experience of mistreatment of disabled character, like a ton of people, I was sick of how they handled those things. I was glad at least Cinderheart could do proper physical therapy in the lake, but she was lucky. Otherwise, the writers would've just stuck her in the medicine den, like the few disabled characters they have...

I read the book (I don’t remember which one it was) when I was younger and I remember not reallt aking in the fact that a kit had been carried away by a hawk. Lets be honest, no character remembers snowkit and he’s probably fading already. The cats who were alive to remember him are all old or dead. Snowkit was the first warrior cat character I learned about and it was also the first death I heard about. he's the character that got me into warrior cats and seeing this video now made me tear up. very nice work with the editing!

Honestly, when I read that he was taken away by a hawk and realized he was probably eaten alive…I was horrified, that’s such a sad way to pass, especially at such a young age..and to make things worse, he was deaf, and couldn’t understand what was going on..

I just finished watching the other found footage videos and here’s my two cents What if snowkit sounds like that because he was deaf and never truly knew what his voice sounded like?
