Does Kate Forbes not understand that what she is saying is a contradiction. If the SNP have already sent back £190 million to the EU then how can it be spent. Schools have had to get rid of teaching staff and other services cut form the public, when all the time there has been a pot of money available to reimburse any money spent by the government. Its more likely that the EU have seen how atrocious the SNP are at organising or running large infrastructure projects like the A9 or the ferries and told the SNP that they want their money back.

That is our money in the first place. The EU is returning a portion of the money we have paid in. She makes out that the EU is our lovely friend who donates all this cash to us. The reason it hasn't been spent is precisely because it's not handed to the SNP first before being allocated. If it was, you can be sure it wouldn't be used to benefit the Scottish people.
