That ridge line idea to keep it off your face is a great idea.

looks toasty but doesn't support an asymmetrical lay or hammocks with bug nets fitted?
@thomaswykes36472 жыл бұрын
I bit the bullet and bought one of these. Not disappointed: lovely and warm compared to a rollmatt and bivvy bag. Easy to setup and use. Comfy sleep too although the chord to hold it off your face is an essential addition in my opinion. Only downside for me was the revaluation that this cocoon is made in china, not in the Snugpak factory in England.

Hi Scotty, another interesting video that has some good things in it. I liked the bit in the beginning when you disappeared from sight completely and then you actually managed to transform into a Slug. Sadly there was no butterfly emerging from the cocoon, "fail Slugpak". However some interesting views on setting up which I can transfer so thank you :)

Hi great video. Is the cocoon waterproof or do you still need a tarp over the top if it rains?
@OscarOutdoors224 жыл бұрын
Definitely still need a tarp mate. Its light rain repellant but not water proof. Made from the same material as a sleeping bag.

It doesnt take weight m8... its just insulation. The hammock takes the Weight mate but Snugpak hammocks are 180kg

I appreciate the time and effort you put into doing the videos and reviews. Could you maybe do a video with all your different cookers and do a pros and cons.
