Man I’m so glad this came out, I bought em20 and didn’t touch it until this mod came out and it was so worth it. I still love em4 but the graphics and effects are so sweet, I just wish there were more North American mods for em20 like the hundreds of mods for em4. Got me back into playing Emergency 5 again, Something that need to add is more brush appliance, had a massive brush fire in game and spent like 30mins creating a fire break it was amazing

I love this Modification but i Got a few of Crashes sadly.. And with a Ladder i got a Bug that keeps me a big FPS Drop when i get on the Ladder Engine.. :/

When you select a firefighter with a hose, you have to press Shift + right click on the Hydrant so after he connects the hose to the hydrant now you can right click on the engine to supply it :)

Great video, any reason the BLS ambulance won’t go to the hospital with a patient? Is that a glitch or if the patient is too injured do they have go with ALS?

we have 12 ambo in the game and when i sent all of them to the hospital, only the bls gets stuck, and apparently if you get one to take the stretcher out with a patient on and press R or E to put the patient down on the ground, the game crashes. All in all the bls ambo are useless at the moment

I had help with this. Get a firefighter to hold a hose. Shift + right click on the hydrant then once its attached to the hydrant just attach it to the truck.

What you could try is using the debug menu to delete the unit if it happens, but that can also break your session in some cases

Is it just me or does this mod just over-complicate the game in a not so good way? It would be amazing to have this map and these vehicles, but the original game play. Is that possible?

Not unless you make you own mod with your own vehicles. As for over complicating things, that’s really a question of personal preference. I personally think the base game mechanics are way too dumbed down.
