It stars Jessica Lang as Patsy with Ed Harris as her husband. Great performances by both, but especially Jessica. She sings all of Patsy's songs in the movie. I haven't tried to find it but it may be on KZbin. It really shows some of the struggles Patsy went through for her music. I loved the movie back then. 80's? 70's? Can't remember!

First of all I just want to say I love your channel you two are such a great couple and lex you have such a beautiful smile you just brighten up everything. I grew up in the '60s and my parents would listen to Patsy Cline and I was more in the Beatles led Zeppelin rock and roll but now I find myself listening to all music even country and old music by parents would listen to and appreciating it for the creativity and talent in an error when people had to rely on talent not computers and digital assist so I truly like the older music much better than what's being produced today but I love all music. Getting back to Patsy Cline she was from Winchester Virginia just a few miles from Woodbridge where I grew up and my father knew her through a friend of hers they would drive her to events now and then locally. She has such a beautiful voice however her career was short-lived, she died from a plane crash in 1963 at the age of 30. Anyway I just want to say I really do love your reaction channel and i'll be looking forward many more reactions. Peace to you both.

First time I watched the biopic, Sweet Dreams ('85), this played at the end and I just teared up. Patsy Cline sings this with so much warmth and feeling, a classic. She was taken from us way too soon, at the height of her career, like so many other great musicians before her. Lex saying she vaguely remembers playing records and flipping them. Vinyl is still VERY popular, and people will argue that it gives a much better, richer sound than today's digital sound. Keep up your great analysis 👍

I imagine a highway thorugh the desert and driving a vintage Cadillac, and then stopping on some little dirty old town with an old cigarette smelling casino and a diner, and you go in there and order some pancakes, eggs, and sausage, and a cup of coffee. There is a jukebox machine against the wall, and you put in a quarter and the record slides down and pops this song, and you sit there looking out the window at the dusty road in the hot sun, eating your tasteless breakfast at mid-day, with a broken heart, listening to this song and trying not to drop a tear into your coffee.
