My intro to Dyson was a hip hop debate he had with Boyce (which was my introduction to him too). Time I’ll never get back.

Felt bad reading this. Sorry to hear. When I first heard of Boyce it was a vid about starting businesses and how black people could attain massive wealth through cooperation and team work. It was inspiring. Only took me a vid or two later to realize Boyce is heavy into the gossip and not the substance. Dyson was always hard for me to understand so with him there was never much interest.

1:23:10 it's funny I still hear people reference that song whenever they mention something being ironic. And now I'm afraid to use the word cause in the back of my head I'm like, Dr Ball says that's the wrong use!😂😂

Great show and great analysis once again!!!!We have to abandon the duopoly so something new can emerge. What that looks like I don’t know. We still have to get out.

1:43:44 I’m so grateful for BLM because there’s too many other channels that I just can’t fuq with, either because their politics is crap, they’ve made some weird moves with some sus folks or both but I’ve been following this channel for over two years now and have been disappointed yet. I’ve definitely come a long way from being a TYT viewer/member lol I don’t always agree with all the hosts but I can always tell that everyone here is always sincere about the liberation of our people and again I’m grateful for that. So I really appreciate y’all curating BJG’s interview/debate with Dyson because I’m not fond her or him. Also hearing about Dr. CBS on RBN was kind of a shock too because I can’t stand them either, glad she’s still with BLM tho. ✊🏾

to be honest the laugh and the usage of the word 'right' are habitual fillers when you can't think of other things to say in a timely seamless fashion. Mine are somewhat long pauses. Jareds are repeating the last word he said when he can't formulate the next word or thought. We all have these little quirks and habits when it comes to communication and speech. No one is perfect. Keep pushing! You all do a great job bringing folks insight and information.👍

Brianna outed Dyson as a vapid, empty shill who is indeed "just paying his bills" by trying to mislead "us." Sorry if this is a reflexive response but Renee comes down hard on Brianna not addressing one point (at some junctures it was a better strategy to bring him back to the central argument than to respond to his nonsense) and seems a little reticent to give Brianna the props she deserves. Going through the interview is fantastic and even picking out what she didn't respond to is great, but you can do all of that while keeping your criticism aimed at Dyson. Anyway, it is good to give the interview a wider audience. Hopefully you linked to it and more people will watch it. I don't think Brianna not coming on your show is personal; she rarely seems to do other people's shows.

I vote Green, but Trump’s Federalist, conservative SCOTUS picks were infinitely worse than Hillary’s would have been, so it wasn’t ultimately the same. She supported restoring the Voting Rights Act, Black history in schools, affirmative action, etc. We need to find a way to make Green candidates more viable and convince people to stop voting against their own interests.

Thank you! I think we can criticize the 2 party system and rally for better options without playing the "Democrats and Republicans are all the same" game. They're not. They're different in important and tangible ways. And neither one is doing good enough. Everyone who said Harris and Trump were equivalently bad is either unserious or married to the rhetoric.

If you are talking cash currency for reparations I am against that kind . I am for restoration and access to all systemic and institutional denial at local, state, and federal levels..
