This is an excellent video tutorial which I feel very lucky to have come across. The whole concept of the bunny blanket is very cute but not only do we learn how to do the actual bunny , we learn how to change a circle into a square. I can do this but it’s different and not in trebles like this one. I find the building up of the stitches around the corner a bit tricky, even in a written pattern I can’t get my head around it. I’m definitely going to do this lovely blanket…… I give all to Baby Basics. That wool looks GORGEOUS brut I guess it’s rather expensive. Thanks sooo much for this video.

Amanda! You are so skilled at this and SUCH a great teacher. Probably the best on KZbin (in my opinion). I've done many crochet tutorials, but yours are supreme because you go very slowly and show very good close-ups of what you're working, you never leave us hanging at a hard spot (which I love!), and you are so clear and thorough with your instructions. I so wish you could put out MORE crochet videos! I have a 4½ yr old granddaughter who isn't a newborn anymore, but I want to make her something. I've already made your sweater, and cardigan ,which is probably too big because I don't know how to do the 3-6 month version, but I used a heavier weight yarn to make it larger, but it's so large, she may have to wait until she's a toddler to wear it 😂. I wish I knew how to use the baby yarn and size up. By the way, I love your Irish accent! Is it okay to ask what part of Ireland you're from? Blessings!!❤❤❤

I made the bear blanket for my nephew roughly two years ago and now he is going to be a big brother to a little girl :) I just finished the bunny blanket for her and it turned out sooo adorable. I absolutely love and so appreciate your lovely creations and tutorials/patterns. So far I have made 2 of the teddy bear blankets - 1 pink and 1 blue. I have made the flower one. Now I am making this one and then I will make the panda one. I am making blankets for any grandchildren I may have in the future. Our son is 21 and finishing up College so it will be a while lol. I may have a problem with this one because I am using Lion Brand Baby Soft in the color little girl pink. I had many skeins until I made the flower blanket and teddy bear. I thought I would have enough for this but looked online for more- sold out everywhere. I pray it isn't discontinued. Since I am on the bunny squares now- I may have to do the solid squares in white and hope that looks OK. If I have enough of the pink to do all the squares- I may have to do border in only white. Any suggestions @maisieandruth?
