Dear Brothers, SoHyang is the real deal, what you see presented when she sings is what you get in real life. She is in the spirit and I have never felt that way about anyone other than my wife (Myongja Kim). Hearing a concert in person is unreal - I think it must be the same in heaven when one hears the choir. She looks you square in the eyes when she speaks with you in a soft warm tone, she is tough but she is vulnerable, she is educated and learned French in France studying there. She still takes meds and has some days without energy, however, she always rises to the occasion. She is learning to brake lose a bit and is, I think, naturally shy. The exception to the shyness is in Church where she is always strong, always active, and totally involved. Truly, God has blessed us with her and we are not the same for it. To hear her in person is not like hearing her online, her heart and soul touch you as the sound reaches our into all corners of you - you will never forget!

If I’m not mistaken, SO HYANG was diagnosed with cancer…after surviving the ordeal she saw her second chance at life as a gift from God and dedicated her voice/life to brining joy to others…she refuses a lot of money and big offers on record deals because of her promise to God…she didn’t want to profit from the gift. Powerful stuff…and I believe the reason why you feel so much from her singing.

Sohyang one of my all time favorite female vocalists but for the life of me I can’t figure out why other reactors haven’t as yet reacted much to another world class female vocalist in my top 5 living female vocalists and who many consider as good as or almost as good as Sohyang ( they are close best friends and each admire the others talent). They both have the same vocal range and hit those celestial high notes with emotional impact. And they both look beautiful. Her name is Park Ki Young and here are 3 youtube live performances that will silence the mind and open your heart. Park Ki Young “ wound”( amazing but she can go higher) Park Ki Young “ Spring Rain” ( amazing and those high notes!!) Park Ki Young “ Goodbye, a word that’s too short” ( heartwrenching and again an amazing performance ) I hope you or all your subscribers who never heard Park Ki Young perform , will react. After you fall in love with her voice ( like many others from around the world) You may then want to react to more. Many more to choose from. like the jazzy “right” Park Ki Young is more versatile than Sohyang in terms of different genres she is able to sing in ie rock, jazz, soul , opera. But for now, please do yourself a favor and react to the 3 aforementioned. You will thank me. Although I do love Ki young, she's really not on par with So Hyang. Not even close. Though she is still really good overall. It's just that when vocalists are compared to So Hyang, they tend to... you know, look small. Like Ailee.
