Just putting it out there geforce now is cloud streaming. The fps youre getting isnt indicative of performance because the pc playing ghe game is elsewhere with its own cpu and gpu. You could play GeForce now on a phone with a controller and get the same fps.

It's a good budget build but I would wait a little longer for a better gpu because 2gb of vram is not enough for modern games you should consider 4-6 at minimum and you'll be good to go but for the other components u mentioned that's fine

CS GO didn’t get good FPS cause it’s not optimised for Mac You can literally run windows on Mac, it’s an app called Parallels and you can play Fortnite like that unless you play using Rosetta 2
