For the light novel you have to actually buy it, there are a few sites that give PDFs of it but don't personally use any of those sites myself. The LN and WN are both pretty different and the anime and manga follows the LN so it's recommended you read that first.

Alright let me explain there reason op seemed jumbled is because the story follows two different paths. One is the spider girl and her journey ( the primary story) the other is the human heroes(there a twist here but spoilers). The ED is her venting about not being reborn as a cute anime girl with op stats but as a spider. Its really funny in contexts

It's about a class of students and their teacher which somehow died one day during class and all of them then got reincarnated in another world. The most "unlucky" ones got the short stick and ended up being various types of monsters or demi-humans, while others are nobles and princes... Both the opening and the ending are about that, while the ending is more of her making an overview of her life as a spider, and crying about how she wanted to be reincarnated as a cute magic girl, but is instead a spider and is trying not to die every day. There is the "What's it about" for someone who's not going to watch it... not that I cared, but I suppose I could have spared some of the explanation if you were going to watch it... even though nothing from what I wrote is a spoiler anyway. And it consists of several time jumps every episodes as to tell all the stories together, even though they are about 15 years apart. That is because we start following her... the spider, from the moment she hatches, but we see the other "heroes" when they are 15 years old and start "High school/academy" and the story steadily progresses towards them eventually meeting again, with some of them not recognizing the others at first, as well as most of them thinking... being deceived that the girl that became spider, as well as few other of their classmates are dead... which is not the case... they "simply" evolved into other species.

You should definitely check out anime Called World Trigger. It is really good. The premise. It takes place in a futuristic world. The world gets constantly attacked by giant Aliens called neighbor. These neighbor come from black holes randomly spawned in the town(Future episode will explain what the Black holes is). That's where the company The Borders comes in play. They have soldiers from D to S rank. They have a Item called the Trigger where they transform in a Trion State where there bodies won't feel physical pain. Trion is the chakra/Energy/Nen of the show. Everyone has it. You can't grow your Trion you are born with it. Which is way people in this anime use strategy instead of pure Strength. The more Trion you have the more powerful your weapons become. Trigger. It is a equipment where the human body turns in to a Trion state like how they transform in Power ranger and Salior moon. You won't feel pain in this state, but if you get hit your body will deplete of Trion which will detransform you and you won't be able to transform until you regain those trigger. This Trigger also comes with gear such has close combat-- Trion Sword, dagger, shield and etc. Mid range-- pistols, Auto magic guns, shot guns that shoot Trion bullets. Long range-- Sniper. There are so many gear option. Ik my explanation lacks, but that's the best I could do without spoiling. The manga was on hiatus for A year+months due to health problem. The manga was in top 10 would still be if it didn't went on hiatus. The Author is back from his hiatus and does monthly manga chapter and the anime got its season 2 after 5 years which is why I brought this anime up. Right now the anime has 2 season. Season 1 has around 70 episode(there is a filler arc you can skip which was fairly long) and Season 2 is ongoing with it's episode 1 out. The anime has 4 ops. Opening 1 and 2. Opening 3 with 2 version (one for the canon arc and one for the filler arc). And opening 4. They are good openings.
