The ulner forearm pain is something that also happens with heavy bicep lifts. What i woul reccomend is, AND you should do this very light en more reps pls dont go heavy even if you can because the ulner wirst ligaments can get injured thats a major setback. But ok what you should do is ulner deviation. Best with an empty single arm bicep handle if availablem other wise resisitent bands. Second. A lot of slow and light supination. Thos to should solve the problem because massaging wont lol

@mackeystrength9 ай бұрын
No problem, and absolutely it can increase quickly when done the right way. The recovery is basically low weight high rep work usually rising,rolling, cupping and supination typically about 50 reps of each. Just to promote blood flow and actively recover the tendons and muscles used. I did a lot of these singles (for me) per day during this video. Right now I’m doing anywhere from 1-6 of these singles a day and I try to leave at least an hour between them. No warm up just hit it! Hope this helps!

@bernardo21519 ай бұрын
How much did you add to your lifts within this 30 day devon style training? Do you think this type of training is possible to maintain for 3-4 months for a natural athlete? Or is it more suitable to break plateaus, such as main lifts like rising, locked pronation aka devon lift, containment, etc
@mackeystrength9 ай бұрын
So I made a video a while before this one trying the lifts and I did kind of a sloppy 84lb pronation and a 66lb rise that took everything I had so I did increase a fair bit. I do think you can sustain this but I think you have to do recovery work everyday as well. I also think I did too many lifts per day for myself during this video and ended up with pain in my forearm. So for me anywhere from 1-6 of the rise and pronation singles per day is plenty for me and I do high cup, low cup, press and grip 1-3 times per day and every time I do those ones is when I do my recovery as well

Very nice lifts, congratulations! However, for me who I've been doing the exact lifts for one entire year, the gains you've had seem a bit suspicious, at least for me. I started with 20 kg for the riser and my max now is 30 kg while on pronation I've started with 30 kg in Dec 2022 and now my max is at around 39 kg's. My frame is 1,80 cm and 85 kg, while my arms measure 34.4 cm on my right forearm and 40 cm in right's bicep's. (left is almost the same). I don't feel weak for my body/strength ratio, is just that I've been having a hard time making good gains from these lifts. You, however, seem to have been doing in one month what I've been trying to do in one year. You either had the power from the start and did the montage for the sake of the video theme (30 days challenge), or my friend, you are an absolute unit that gained around 20% increase in power in only 30 days. 🥲
