I still find it hillarious that the mortar tool thingy you use to vaporize your enemy is basically owned by the same enemy faction. They just kill each other with your whim and they dont even have any idea about it. Its perfectly appropriate with the theme this game were going for.

Great review! I can't say I really enjoyed Bad Company and even though it was around the time when I was starting to get into first person shooters on the '360, I still felt it was as generic and tasteless as Conflict: Denied Ops. However I did enjoy the destruction, and would later go on to decimate maps in BF3 with glee, so some good did come out of this game... if only because of the Frostbite engine. I may have to go back to this now that I'm becoming more mellow with my gaming experiences, and could do with a modern military shooter to switch off my brain and pass the time. Plus, you've done a great job of giving me notes on how to review a shooter like this! Keep up the good work! ^^

+Johnbonne Reviews Thanks man! Seeing people really disliking this game makes me feel like I could've done a better job at preserving some "objectivity" in my review. But on the other hand, I never really felt bored, annoyed, or as if the game was generic while I played it. So it would be a bit disingenuous if I were to say otherwise. I dunno... opinions are weird sometimes, but it's interesting to me to see people perceive the same thing so differently.

I love mass effect but animations in that game during cutscenes are god awful, fucking bioware still used mass effect animations in dragon age inquisition

Hot take: mass effect, not that good. Every incarnation of it like fallout four, hell even that shit dragon age game, is executed much better and are much more fun to play

As some1 who went by reverse order I gotta say I liked Bc2 better. I guess it depends on which you played first. Either way great review.
