It's the approach the policymakers take. ISRO has been working for decades but only in recent years, it has seen mass collaboration and the launching of foreign satellites from which it makes a huge profit and is less dependent on government grants. Scientists can make an effort and achieve success only when they have a whole support system including funding.

It was my intention to not let Mongolian and Thailand ISRO tie up with K Sivan as director and fail. This success belongs to you Dr Somnath ISRO's Underdog. But it's not your lunar escapades India needs. If you could manage Indian politics via Governorship or being President your expertise and vision is necessary in parliament. Flyover in Delhi costs Half of your successful highway to the moon. You are eligible for bigger meritocracy and stature You are humble, you are talented not lavish above all pious. Just banish the dogmatic old temples and God thingy. Emerge from the shackles of yes sir to India Administration at Political and Premier Level. You believe Dr K Sivan was good. Let the fellowship take over your duties and you rise above the ranks to construct a bigger better 21st Century India devoid of Holler Trains and Coaches.
