Regarding weather week starts with Monday or Sunday. I think of Sat and Sun as weekend (so end of the week), so logically for me Monday is the start of a new week.

Oh. I just added adeepindigo's Golden Years Mod. So many things to do for elders. My favorite is they can buy life insurance and their depedents get money once they pass away. The higher the value of the insurance the more money they get. And they can have up to 4 or 5 dependents. So cool!

Monday is the start of a business week, but calender weeks start on sunday because of the gregorian calender being derived from hebrew where saturday is the sabbath day. But the romans used to have 8-day weeks but emporer constantine established 7 day weeks and he just decided sunday was the first day. So i have no idea where the actual root of it comes from honestly.

Oh no, not the Sunday vs Monday debate. I'm team Sunday and my boyfriend is team Monday. I showed him the clip of you talking about it and he feels vindicated now 😅 My argument is that the weekend is like bookends, so Saturday and Sunday are holding the weekdays (books) together.

I'm finally current. Now I have to be patient haha. For Malcom's work, think of it as the day he has work is the day he comes home at 8am. So if he has work on Friday he worked from midnight that morning and came home at 8am Friday. So you kinda need to look ahead for him.

If they did move then story wise maybe it's because of Malcolm being a criminal? He could be moving his family to another country (world) in order to escape the law or enemy he made in his criminal career! Yule could be uprooted and struggle with it but he thinks it was Malcolm needing to move them for his job as in, a promotion so he tries to deal with that struggle and not blame his dad, but later finds out it was because he's a criminal and it could be even more incentive for him to want to be a police officer!!

I already recorded the next episode before reading this and funnily enough, this is exactly what I thought to do as well!! 🤭 I love that sometimes story plots make so much sense there is more of us seeing them! I’m so excited to explore this part of the story!

Even as a religious person I can't understand the week starting on monday either, i assume it's a European thing?

Wait really? 🧐 I assumed it was also American because a lot of software (like the sims and microsoft outlook) standardly use Sunday as the first day and they are all made in the US. And then I realized it’s also used here so it most have to do something that is unrelated to country so I figured religion. But now I’m confused haha
