SO.MANY.TANGLES./ Problems with this week's yarn update

This week did not go as planned. I ended up making a few BIG mistakes and it took all week to fix them. Thankfully the yarn still turned out beautifully and after sharing these lessons with you all, I"m ready to move on to the next skein!

Love the look of ties blending in, and, in my opinion, if there's just one, it's not that big of a problem finding it! Interesting to see your journey, thank you!

Thanks for the feedback! I have never really liked when there is only one tie so usually do three!! So interesting that you prefer it that way- it makes sense why so many people do things differently.

I think I like contrast more. it's less likely that I'll accidentally snip the wrong thing. also I love the colours! youre so right that the ball shows the colours better. I haven't seen many dyers sell balls and tbh id prefer that

Thanks for the input! I find whenever I give the choice between ball or skein, most people seem to choose ball form but they are usually more time consuming to make.

@@KendraMakes I’d be willing to pay a ball fee! I’ve seen some dyers charge $5 or so to wind it into a cake, so maybe you could do something similar?
