Understanding the approach of dimashs career circa 2017, Dimash is 22 yrs old having entered and won all the Baltic state singing competitions in his part of the world. Him and his dad discuss his next move America got talent or the the singer in China. Choosing the route to discovery both knowing it was coming and choosing the way. He goes to China and is discovered. The world’s best chooses him to compete. He agrees as long as they don’t put him against children. What did they do? They put him against children and it’s the semifinakpks with him against a boy and a girl. He drops out from the $1,000,000 prize. The American judges yell at him. He is black listed in America. The show had sponsors p. They would have been furious because of advertisers. Now, what does Dimash do but plot his career meticulously. Using his in come to out back into his art. I don’t think Dimash has ever been more than a millionaire. And he has always remained independent. America with its autotune and corrupt producers find “cute” voices and “discovering” talent that listeners don’t listen to on airplay. Dee jays are playing old music and you tubers are listening to old music tired of the new selections. Dimash doesn’t need to be discovered. We want him to sing with this artist or that. We want him to do this genre of that. That’s not how it works. Dimash is already self made prepackaged independent cooking to go and do whatever he wants. That sounds egotistical, but he’s that good. He doesn’t need others. He picks and chooses his own pathbipowning even his own ticket company, that way he can charge what he wants. For this digital concert you’re watching I paid $10 and $2 taxes. How is that possible. I was indigent in the middle of five surgeries at home up in bed yet I got to watch this superstar at home with a mere Pennie’s. It doesn’t matter that the world of music goes on Dimash will rise to the top his own way.

Olimpico was written by Igor Krutoy specifically for Dimash to perform at the 2nd European Games in 2019. It's since become a staple part of Dimash's solo concerts. My favourite version is from the 2022 Almaty concert where he's clearly been working on his lower range and the first part has become even deeper and more robust.

I know Dimash likes to be independent and to do things his way but I feel that he shuld already be a household name around the world 🌎. A singer of that calibre, this kind of talent should not still be relatively unknown throughout the world. By now everybody in the world should know of Dimash and be able to enjoy his music. The most common reaction of everybody who discovers Dimash is: "How did I not know about this artist??? The reactors are playing a very important role in promoting Dimash' music so one day, hopefully very soon, he will be well known and appreciated throughout the world.😊😊

From Igor Krutoy’s YT channel the performance from the Arnau concert, then watch the same performance but a total closeup fan cam version on Dimash 48’s Channel. Watch carefully at the the end how long it takes Dimash to come out of character. His own mom has said sometimes she doesn’t recognize him onstage!!! The website Dimash News is right one but it was setup after Olimpico was released. However just try if you can find the songs on this website. The „newer“ songs are on it. Olimpico, as already mentioned, was premiered at the opening ceremony of the European Games in Minsk Belarus and it was meant to encourage the athletes to strive for the medal.

The subtitles on the performance that you saw were much better than the translation you read out, they makes more sense than the ones done by an online translation. The song was written by Igor Krutoy for the Commonwealth Games in Minsk for Dimash to sing, which he did. But don't bother checking out the Minsk performance - it only shows the older athletes walking around the circuit with the flag for ages which is very boring. You hardly see Dimash at all. The very best performance was live in concert in front of a massive audience and you can see that on Igor Krutoy's channel. It's even better than the one you just watched. Be SURE to check it out! This song was written for an Athletic Games but I feel the heavy percussion moves all of us. Olympico appears to me to be a Commanding March that encourages us to be the best ME that we can become. Fits so well with Dimash's philosophy of life.🤩 I would have loved to experience this song at his Concert in New York in 2019 but I was unable to make it, despite being only a 5 hour bus ride away.😔. 🥰🥰Much love from a Canadian Dear🇨🇦

Hi Prada West! As someone who speaks several languages I feel that I need to explain that often the original meaning of the lyrics gets lost or skewed in translation. As you pay particular attention to the lyrics, I am sure you noticed that there's often something not quite right with the lyrics or they don't always flow as you'd expect them to so basically that is the reason, in case you were wondering.
