Your straight to the point style of format with the levity throughout is the best and most digestible format on this platform. Killing it. No need for buildup to dramatic music ending nonsense. Love it.

Fabulous. If anyone is looking to make this and take it to the next level I have a pretty simple hack: after cutting your baguette, lightly butter one side of each slice (this will be your bonding agent) then cover each face with some fresh parmesan cheese, you don't need a lot, just an even (not heaping) amount, then flip face side down in a non-stick pan for just a few minutes. What you have now is a toasty, firm, golden but next level flavorful baguettes that adds, but doesn't take way from the star of the show. I'd imagine you could achieve similar results face side up in the smoker/ grill as well, just never tried.

12:40 "This would be great for the Super Bow-el". Probably a better description than the trademarked name. Another advantage of buying a rotisserie chicken from the store is that they tend to be cheaper than the same chicken if purchased raw. Stores started cooking chicken to clear them out when they hit the sell-by date, and sold them at a discount. My favorite rotisserie chicken is from Sam's Club. A nice big roaster chicken with a delicious custom spice blend for $5. (The main reason I keep my membership...)

Hey Bradley. Great video as always. Born-Raised and still near Buffalo. This recipe is pretty spot on to the one I have used for many years. The only difference I see was that I put about 1 cup + of Ranch into the mix. Thanks for sharing. Brooke your life is now complete!!!! :) :).

I love the subtle Alamo Drafthouse shout-out. One of the things I miss most about moving to NY from the ATX. They opened one about an hour or so south of me, but we haven't been since BC (Before Covid). We used to go for the big movies (Marvel, Star Wars, etc). Great job on this dip, this is going into my rotation!

What we learned today: when performing the official taste test, it’s preferable to avoid spreads, dips, and otherwise delicious ways to coat one’s fingers. The taste-tester is unlikely to differentiate between a finger and a smoked meat. Making BBQ and teaching life’s great lessons. All in a day’s work at Chud’s 😊

Same goes for feeding a boa. Make sure you wash your hands before offering up the mouse. You don't want your thumb smelling like the mouse it already looks like to your snake. You won't even see it coming when it bites you.

I watch a lot of cooking and bbq shows and Chud's always look the best to me. Not a huge production, just great cooking and easy explanations. My only gripe on this dish is the cost to make it. If you're bringing a side to a party, sure - spend $45 and a couple hours making it. But if you're hosting this is a mighty expensive dip to add to the rest of your spread, imo. Im also a cheap ass so maybe its just me

Pro tip: Get a couple slices of Sourdough Bread, spread a layer of this dip and then add a couple slices of provolone cheese. Place on a buttered griddle and have a Buffalo Dip Grilled Cheese Sandwich! (Credit for this is the ABC Commissary at Disney's Hollywood Studios.)
