I really liked this story, I also like how it was not repetitive like many others are, others just repeat the same thing over and over as fill, because they just want to make a story longer and lack the structure. This storey is very well constructed in a well thought out "universe" and set of characters. The addition of Cryptozoology is excellent. Well done, more in this same series please. And other writers could learn from this.

I LOVED that reference to Gargoyles! "And no, they don't turn to stone during the day." made me chuckle. no, it actually cracked me up! Funny thing is, in the episode "Sentinel", Nokkar mistook Goliath and Angela for space spawns. Coincidence? I THINK NOT! XD

It's about three decades now, to get the first chapter of my story in order. I have it from the prologue through the epilogue, but to put it in words? I hear my pens and papers laughing at me. Writing a book is not the quick road to riches people think it is.

At one point Mira notes that they didn't have weapons on the ship because they were exploratory and didn't know anyone was out there. Yet their ship was made by reverse engineering alien crashes so... editing mistake.
