So you want to learn how to fly a giant cargo jet? There’s a place for that -- at least if you happen to a be a pilot working for UPS Inc.
The parcel delivery service has 500 pilots based in Anchorage, the domestic hub of its Asia-Pacific network, where about 30 UPS aircrafts take off and land every day, according to Dave Smith, UPS Asia-Pacific region pilot chief.
But for all the other pilots not making trips across the Pacific Ocean in Boeing 747-400 planes, there’s no sitting still. Instead they head to the UPS Flight Training Facility near Kincaid Park to hone their skills on two simulators, where pilots can get as close to flying as possible without ever getting in the sky.

That's kool reminds me of playing Microsoft flight simulator that game was exactly like flying you got to fly single engine planes and jet engine planes like Boeing 737-400 Boeing 777-400 and Boeing 747-400 and the game even had flight lessons I even bought the pmdg 747-400 add on which was totally realistic like flying a real Boeing 747-400 you had to do everything a real pilot would to get ready for a flight and could fly anywhere and the flight time was real so for example if it took 3 hrs to fly from Philadelphia international to Chicago o hara in real it took that much time in the game I loved it the best flight simulator Microsoft ever came out with
