Sadly, I cried seeing poor Liam laying in the bed like that. I would not know what to do in this situation. Lip is angry and has a right to be mad at her, Fiona knew what she signed up for, as for Fiona trying to talk to the cop, they don't care, they are going to treat you like any criminal child endangerment are serious charges, but sadly I do feel for Deb she is scared and is looking for someone she can trust. but sadly, As for Mike he is a good guy bailing out Fiona when she ripped his heart out. Lip telling her the truth, I am on Lip's side here and I agree with him. She claims she not guilty, but she is she left coke out and endanger of a child those are not fun cases they don't go over well, like it or not in the eyes of the law they are going to see it as guilty. Lip is right he called out Fiona's shit. It's her shit not his. He was trying to get his life together and now he feels he has to go home. Yeah, he is a bit of a dick but he's stating facts. Debs has been learning everything from Fiona since she was a child, like I told you before the environment you're brought up in you act on those sometimes, and it's easier to give into it sometimes. Lip is being protective because she fucked up.

Debbie has what psychologists would call an anxious attachment disorder. It stems from neglect and abuse typically in childhood. You become aggressively attached to romantic relationships specifically because it fulfills the 1 on 1 attention they've never recieved and it's typically with older people because in a way they are looking for people with more experience and authority. It can become extremely toxic as they will stay through abuse and comply with anything. I went through the same thing as a young teen. I never got pregnant like deb eventually does but it led to a lot of abuse and very dangerous/abusive situations. Honestly I was like that until I ended up having my own daughter at 26 and it changed everything about my personality. Now I haven't been in a relationship in over 2 years and am finally enjoying being alive and giving my daughter all the love and attention she could ever need to not be me in 12 years.

Rewatching this I have a totally different perspective. When I watched Shameless for the first time last year I thought Lip was being too hard on Fiona but now he had every right to be furious at her and at the moment focus on Liam. Fiona would have to deal with being in jail for a while as everyone looked after Liam. Liam could’ve died or had permanent damage or been taken away by DCFS because of Fiona and Fiona saying she’s not guilty was wrong to say the least if she had been remorseful and apologized it would have been one thing. This is coming from someone who loves Fiona but she was wrong here and yes she sacrificed so much for her family but that’s irrelevant when Liam’s life was on the line. I don’t normally agree with Lip but he was totally right on this

i have to say i totally understand Lip if he didn't took her call i wouldn't have been mad.Fiona fucked up having a party with cocaine specially when a child is still up and with you that's one of the most irresponsible thing you can do.. kids are always watching or and listening there a difference between cocaine and alcohol if Liam drinked a glass of alcohol that wouldn't have been as bad he may have been sick or not even that that depend on what was in the glass and the quantity ..but it's nothing compare to cocaine even a little for a kid of his age that's dangerous this time it's on Fiona so i totally get Lip

I’ve said this on other reactions but the best thing for Liam would of been for him to have been adopted by the gay couple from last season. At least he would of gotten out of the toxic lifestyle this family live in and been raised by two people who would of given him the best possible life. The other kids are a bit too old to actually end up somewhere decent we learnt that last time, but Liam could of had a really good life with them. 🤷‍♀️

Kevin was such a douche to Lip. His priority was and should be on Liam! Fiona can stay in jail a few days, or wouldn’t of killed her! You care that much, then Kevin could go and deal with his buddy and let Lip care for the kid! Then Kev and V had the gall to say “we won’t do it with our own kids?!” If that’s your thinking, you shouldn’t be having Kids! How could either of them judge Lip for acting this way when they themselves said they wouldn’t have done what Fiona had done? I always tried to explain to fans who didn’t like the way Lip treated Fiona, that he isn’t going to have patience with her making these types of mistakes when it comes to drugs or alcohol. He’s had to deal with his parents his entire life majorly messing things up because of their addiction, so he isn’t going to go easy on Fiona at all. He’s at his wits end, he doesn’t have any patience to give because in his eyes Fiona should know better given the crap they’ve constantly gone through with their parents.

She will always remember the "boring" guy who saved her ass despite being a cheater and an addict. Mike was perfect. Considering this is a TV show with some excessive situations over the top all at the same time my point is: I think she uses other people as a parachute. She is like Frank, but even less honest. Asking for help is OK and a good idea when you're in shit, but she simply unloads her weight to anyone (pretending not to do it). Too much excuses to her. Ian doesn't unload, Lip doesn't, even Mickey doesn't. She is (obviously) Monica and Frank's daughter and she got both of their worst flaws. I know very well the scary "I don't deserve good things" but she had them and she threw it all away. Maybe she can be innocent partially, victim of her situations and addictions to good degree . Not so smart? For sure. And no, not anyone else is stupid. Thanks for your attention. Be strong. ✌️
