This is a Great way to play Rondo. I've only done one grouping with my U14 Boys and this will definitely help them stay undefeated by staying hungry and pushing themselves both physically and mentally. Thanks again Coach!

You can do this with a ball on both sides at the same time. If you regain the bal sprint to your own team and touch someone. He needs to go to the other side. Which team will have every body win first?

As for every variation in drills, CONDITIONS are like cuff links on piano players. Instead go with CHALLENGE, COMPETITION & CONSISTENCY. Remember you as the coach, provides the emotional scaffolding so players can rise to as high as THEY WISH
